Delivery charges change according to the type of delivery choose by the client as reported in the
price list below . These charges include all the incidental expenses (packing, forwarding, etc).

The method of payment is credit card, and payment in advance (with post or bank money transfer).

The order will be dispatched within fifteen working days and no later from the day in which
the order will be “perfected”. Beyond that term the customer will be informed and he could ask for a
reimbursement of any amount paid for the consignment. In general the dispatching is done
within two working days from the “perfecting” of the order.
The order is to be considered perfected in the moment in which:
-the customer has sent the order, in case of cash on delivery
-the customer fournishes documentary evidence, also by fax, of the payment of the consignment or at the moment in which ZENOBIA srl comes to know that the payment is done ( generally 4 days ), in case of payment in advance.
- Zenobia srl receives the number of authorization to the payment (generally immediately after that the customer has authorized the payment), in case of payment with credit Card.

The customer has the right to back out of the purchase without penalty and without express reason, sending written communication addressed to the seat of Zenobia srl by means of registered letter with return receipt within the term of ten working days from the receiving of the goods. The communication can be sent also by telegram, facsimile, within the same term, providing that it is confirmed through registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. In the case that the consignment of the good is done, the customer has to return it to Zenobia within ten working days from the date of receiving. The only expenses met by the customer for the assertion of the right of receding are the direct expenses for the return of the good to Zenobia srl. If the right of receding is asserted according to the provisions, Zenobia srl will refund the amount paid by the customer within thirty days from the receiving of the registered letter for the assertion of the receding.

Registration is mandatory and completely free. The registration is necessary for the
recording of the order and the use of the web site. The customer can follow at
any time the state of the order, the shipment and other information just using the
username and password inserted at the moment of registration.
